IMPORTANT: You will honor your payment obligations for services you purchase on the Site. Easy Resume Templates has the discretion to alter prices of its products at any time. 

Due to the digital nature of these Templates, there are no refunds. All sales are final. If you have any issues after your purchase, please email us at [email protected] 

Our Content, Intellectual Property Rights 

  • Once you have purchased Templates from us you can customize and change the design and content as you wish to create your Resume, Cover Letter, or Thank You Letter. 
  • You may not resell, reproduce, and transfer license of these templates in any capacity without authorization of Easy Resume Templates, LLC. 
  • You retain ownership of the content you create with one of our templates, however, you may not use the templates or images of the templates in your newsletters, website or blog, or forums unless specifically authorized by Easy Resume Templates, LLC. 

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer 

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. 
  • While all efforts have been made to create easy-to-use, ATS-friendly templates, it is impossible to guarantee ALL ATS compatibility. Easy Resume Templates, LLC is not responsible for the effectiveness of the content of any resume created with one of our templates. The purchaser takes full responsibility for the use and content created.
